As much as for any baseball achievements, I remember Knight for a total cheap shot he once gave in the vicinity of 3rd base to baserunner Eric Davis--Knight immediately retreated and by the time Davis could get his bearings, he was physically restrained and couldn't hit Knight back; the other memory I have is when Knight first began commentating on TV, possibly ESPN...don't remember the topic or context, but I actually heard him say on air, "...he doesn't have a Chinaman's chance."
