BR minors has Rambert as the only manager of Cairo in 1946. The Encyclopedia of Minor League Baseball lists only Frank Piet. Both players were on the team, but Rambert spent a couple of games with Nashville. Its possible both managed at some point, as the Encyclopedia was missing the occasional manager and the SABR database (which BR minors uses) is notoriously bad with respect to managers.
