This seems to be a conference of unusual coaching stability. Rod Dedeaux 46 years, Ralph Coleman 36 years, Mark Marquess 33 years (and counting), Bobo Brayton 33 years, Buck Bailey 32 years, Gary Adams 30 years, Art Reichle 29 years, Harry Wolter 25 years, Jerry Kindall 24 years, Tubby Graves 24 years, Jim Brock 23 years, George Wolfman 23 years, Bob Milano 22 years, Jack Riley 22 years. I know other conferences have long time coaches, but every school (I don't have Oregon's coaches) has at least one if not two 22+ year coaches. For 10 straight years from 1978-1987, the nine schools (again sans Oregon) had the same nine coaches. --Jeff 00:51, 11 December 2009 (EST)
