Talk:Oscar Rodríguez
From BR Bullpen
It seems to me that his membership in the Salon and his accomplishments would make him a Minor League Star. --Ron 23:31, 9 Apr 2006 (EDT)
He never led his league in anything so I wouldn't think to label him a star. What do others suggest? - --Mischa 08:03, 10 Apr 2006 (EDT)
There was another Oscar Rodriguez (there was probably more than one other) who played minor league ball in the 20's and led the Havana Cubans in the 40's. How should we differentiate them? --Jeff 23:13, 4 December 2007 (EST)
Maybe that one could be Oscar Rodriguez (manager)? I can check Doyle to see how he has that Rodriguez listed. - --Mischa 09:11, 5 December 2007 (EST)
Doyle has that one as Oscar Rodriguez and this one as Oscar H. Rodriguez. Those are the only Oscar Rodriguezes he has listed. There is an Oscar Rodriguez Silva who played 16 years in the modern Cuban leagues. - --Mischa 19:45, 6 December 2007 (EST)
Oscar Rodriguez (50s) and Oscar Rodriguez (20s) ? or Oscar Rodriguez (minors) and Oscar Rodriguez (manager) ? or Oscar Rodriguez (cuba) and Oscar H. Rodriguez ? I'm assuming this page would become a disambig. --Jeff 20:01, 6 December 2007 (EST)
