Could somebody expand this article to explain just exactly what a Non-Signatory League is? At the moment it's pretty meaningless to anyone who doesn't know this point. --Roger 12:44, 25 August 2006 (EDT)

Is there yet another Tri-State League? This page lists a non-signatory Tri-State League playing in 1891 and 1893, but none of the other Tri-State Leagues mentioned on this site are shown as playing then. --Roger 14:08, 31 August 2006 (EDT)

It probably is another different league (or 2). The name is pretty broad and could be used anywhere. --Just me 14:29, 31 August 2006 (EDT)
