There was no Dotterer on the 1983 Raiders. In fact, my copy of The Sports Encyclopedia - Pro Football lists no Dotterer playing football. --Jeff 23:44, 5 December 2007 (EST)

According to the Stanford Football media guide, Dotterer was apparently in the NFL. However, he is not listed in the Oakland Raiders media guide in their all-time roster. -Chisoxfan 17:56, 6 December 2007 (EST)

Jeff - do your research - Mike Dotterer was drafted in the 8th round by the LA Raiders in 1983. He suffered a serious knee injury and was inactive. He is in the team picture that year - last player on the bottom right hand side #24.
