The 1977 Register says his brother, Carlos Juan Bernhardt, pitched in the Yankee chain. Is that Carlos Bernhardt? --Jeff 22:48, 13 July 2007 (EDT)

According to the 2007 Orioles Media Guide, they are the same person. It says that four brothers played pro ball but doesn't name the other two. There have been 10 Bernhardts in Organized Baseball since 1948 and several would be realistic options. - --Mischa 09:42, 15 July 2007 (EDT)
