Did Joe Morgan ever play for the San Antonio Missions? I've got a baseball from the San Antonio Missions that I think has his and Clint Courtney's signature on it. The ball has 'Texas League' stamped on it and the name of someone below it that I can't make out (first name begins with a 'D' I think). The date would have been around 1962.

In the minors Joe Morgan played for: Modesto of the California League, 1963 Durham of the Carolina League, 1963 San Antonio of the Texas League, 1964 before he was recalled by Houston in September.
