In December 1975, he was traded to the Astros. He didn't appear in OB in 1976-1978, then made a few appearance in the low minors in 1979. Anybody know where he was for 3 years? Japan? Mexico? injury? --Jeff 23:24, 9 September 2011 (EDT)

This site says he tore his rotator cuff and that destroyed his career. He tried a comeback in 1979. Later, he became a tax lawyer, which is sort of unusual among major leaguers. - Randy 13:54, 11 September 2011 (EDT)
