There were two Jim Hoffs who played in the minors - Jim Hoff (1967-1972), a light hitter who made it to AAA and Jim R. Hoff (1936-1940), who played mostly in the low minors with mixed success. - --Mischa 17:11, 4 May 2008 (EDT)
