Jim Campanis does play by play baseball for high school game of the week. He does fine work despite the shabby broadcast. Considering his name, and his history as an olympian, he should be working the big time very soon.

I don't see Campanis on the 1988 Olympics (Rosters) and the IBAF website doesn't mention him. The 1989 Baseball Almanac shows he was on Team USA but did not play in either of the major events of that year, the Olympics or 1988 Baseball World Cup. - --Mischa 08:08, 2 January 2008 (EST)
