There is some conflicting information. The Sarasota Reds roster lists his birthplace as Tulsa, OK. His connections with Santa Rosa including the development school and the junior college seem to favor the California birthplace. 69.68.238.142 11:12, 28 May 2008 (EDT)

It is *very* common to mistakenly list player's birthplaces as the place they went to college. You see it on milb.com, on the baseball cube and so forth. Media guides usually have the correct info. - --Mischa 13:27, 28 May 2008 (EDT)
