My Name is Tom Singleton, John Herman (Hank) DeBerry was my Father's Uncle. I am facinated by Family History, Baseball etc. I remember my Father talking about his Uncle Hank and going to Savannah Tenn. to visit their Family in the off Season. Uncle Hank was married to my Father's Mothers sister. My Grandmothers name was Florence Byrd Singleton, Her sister was UnaMae DeBerry Byrd. Florence Married William Singleton of Memphis Tenn. who produced 6 children. They seperated during the Depression and My Grandmother took some of the younger Children and moved to Little Rock where other family lived who could help out financially! I would like to find out as much about Hank DeBerry as I can, I would love to have a baseball card with his picture as I understand there were some around at sometime!
