Does anyone know if this is the same Hal Smith that played with the St. Louis Cardinals All-Star teams in 1957 and both games in 1959. Then was an All-Time coach for the Cardinals in 1962. The years line up but I see no history of him playing with the Cardinals at anytime on this site. He is however, listed on the Cardinals Website for those years. Any information would be greatly apprieciated and a photo would help much.

We have your Hal Smith, Harold Raymond Smith then this Hal Smith, Harold Wayne Smith. Both played at the same time adding to the confusion. --Scott 23:26, 10 Oct 2005 (EDT)
