So how come Italian caught stealing stats are available for catchers going back 4 decades and Czech baseball stats are easy to find, but the Korea Baseball Organization still, in 2008, only lists errors as its sole defensive stat? I wish some of the Asian leagues would copy the European baseball sites for stat comprehensiveness - --Mischa 21:10, 9 December 2008 (EST)

I wonder if anyone has done MLEs for Italy in the 1970s - there were a fair number of major leaguers who passed through to give us some sense. It'd be interesting to see what Castelli's stats project to in the majors. - --Mischa 21:42, 9 December 2008 (EST)

Well, per 162 games in Italy, he scored 211 runs and knocked in 184, hit 43 homers and stole 48 bases, with 8 caught stealing. --Jeff 21:52, 9 December 2008 (EST)
