I thought the draft and follow system is no longer in place. - --Mischa 12:48, 6 April 2008 (EDT)

Indeed, because as of last year, draftees must agree on a contract by August 15 (?) or they automatically return to the draft the following year. --Philippe 13:10, 6 April 2008 (EDT)
