Don is my Mom's cousin and I had lunch with him and his wife Gael yesterday, Sunday April 13, 2008. Don looks great and is very happy. He was here in California with Gael, his youngest daughter, her husband and their daughter. He recently retired from being a principal in Colorado. Don and Gael talked a lot about their kids and grandkids, and about their times in Korea, Thailand, Mongolia, and Japan, just to name a few. They're both involved in their church and have been on missions with their church. Don runs 6 miles a day and is very fit for being 67 years old now. I wish I could have spent more time with them in my years and wish we could have spent more time yesterday with them. They're both very good people and are genuinely sweet and sincere.
