The President of Mexico has a picture of the team on his website here, [1], and according to another part of the website [2] every thing is licensed under the CC-BY-NC-ND 2.5, which does not allow commercial or derivative works. Can we not accept the image here in the Bullpen? I don't see why we're worried about allowing commercial changes to the photos, it's been put on the web to be shared, and I wouldn't really worry about what goes on if a pic is taken from the Bullpen and used outside.
