William Jennings Bryan was living in Lincoln, NE in 1888 according to Cherny's short biography of him (A Righteous Cause), so I'm guessing that this is a different William Bryan. - --Mischa 11:36, 30 Apr 2006 (EDT)

Johnson & Wolff have Des Moines still being the Hawkeyes in 1901 --Just me 18:15, 31 May 2006 (EDT)
