The Seattle Mariners Women's Club is researching former Mariners from yesteryear and could use some help in our 'where are they now' research. I was assigned Danny Meyer and am coming up with a big blank. Doesn't help that there's a 24 year old pitcher named Danny Meyer. I think I would have rather been assigned Richie Zisk...only one of him! Can anyonehelp me with Meyer? Thanks!

I remember playing little league baseball with Dan Meyer. Back then, we all called him "Whitey". He was an outstanding ballplayer even back then. My father coached him a bit on the all-star teams. Being just two years younger i still looked up to him as a ballplayer and a leader.
