The Canary Islands are a region of Spain, just like Catalonia or Andalusia. They would more properly go under something like "Administrative Divisions of Spain", except there are not that many Spanish places with baseball connections. --Philippe 10:19, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
We could start a subdivisions of Spain category. As Spain is one of the stronger baseball countries in Europe, I could see us adding other subdivisions with time. - --Mischa 11:31, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
