I can't find any such place as Acorn in Missouri. Could this be from a typo? The only references I've found had to do with Endicott. Google seems to think I want to know about the political group ACORN. Can someone run this by the SABR Bio Committee? - --Mischa 13:43, 4 November 2007 (EST)

There's a village called Acorn Corner, located in the south-eastern corner of Missouri, where a little strip of land juts between the states of Arkansas an Tennessee. It is on Highway 164 near the town of Steele. --Philippe 14:10, 4 November 2007 (EST)

If that's it, we should move this to Acorn Corner, MO. - --Mischa 14:13, 4 November 2007 (EST)

I must say I know absolutely nothing of Endicott, so I wouldn't vouch for Acorn Corner being his birthplace, but it's the sort of error that could have been carried from the 1940s without anyone conducting the research necessary to correct it. --Philippe 14:18, 4 November 2007 (EST)

Want to check with the SABR Committee given that you have been in touch with them in the past? - --Mischa 14:23, 4 November 2007 (EST)
