I assume Gary Redus didn't have enough at-bats to qualify as the last .400 hitter, but what about Willie Aikens in 1986? --Just me 19:14, 19 August 2006 (EDT)

OK, I guess we have to qualify this as U.S. professional ball. The articles all discuss it without any reference to leagues in other countries. - Randy 20:42 19 August 2006 (EDT)
