Tadashi Goto was a first baseman for Nagoya in 1936, hitting .178/.261/.222 in the spring season and .218/.282/.282 in the fall for a composite line of .203/.275/.260. He did not play again in Nippon Pro Baseball and died in Manchuria during World War II while serving in the Japanese military.
