Steve Nagy, who pitched two seasons in the majors, won over 120 games in the minors.

Nagy started in the minors in 1942 but missed 1943-45 due to military service. In 1946 he went 17-4 for Montreal, in the year that Jackie Robinson made his minor league debut. Nagy and Robinson were born the same year.

From 1947-55 he was in the PCL for part or all of each season, winning in double figures several times. In 1949 he was a teammate of the veteran Arky Vaughan at San Francisco, and for several years in the minors was a teammate of former major leaguer Wally Judnich. For a couple years with Buffalo, Steve was a teammate of former major leaguer Luke Easter.
