Stephen Palos is a Californian who hit .300 for Greece in the 2002 European Championship B-Pool, their first international event. His grandfather had been Greek. He returned to the squad for the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers, going 1 for 6 with a double, run and RBI. He is playing in the 2010 European Championship.
