Brother of Barry Larkin, Stephen Larkin played one game in 1998 with the 1998 Cincinnati Reds and went 1-for-3. He also played 11 years in minor league and independent ball, drawing walks well and stealing over 100 bases. He also played ball in Italy.
He was at the University of Texas at the same time as Brooks Kieschnick and J.D. Smart.
