The South Central League was a class D league that broke off in 1906 from the former Missouri Valley League with teams in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. The 6-team league lasted just a single season. Six years later another attempt was made with all teams based in Texas, but this class D South Central League also didn't make it to another year.
