South Carolina State sponsored baseball from at least 1957 until 1974. SCSU was a member of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference from 1935 to 1971. The school's other teams currently compete in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. Willie Aikens and Gene Richards went here.
