[edit] Biographical Information
Slats Jordan was a Spanish American War veteran. He had two sips of coffee with the old Baltimore Orioles in 1901 and 1902 as a first baseman and as an outfielder, respectively. However, Jordan was never more than a substitute (he played in 1 game in 1902). He died at age 74 and is buried at Loudon Park National Cemetery in Baltimore MD.
