Skip James was in 51 games for the 1977-78 San Francisco Giants.
After winning the MVP award while playing for Fresno in 1972, he spent the rest of his minor league career in the PCL, mostly with Phoenix. In 1977 with Phoenix he hit .308 and slugged .499.
