The Serie 10 Millones was one of several attempts to hold a summer season in Cuba. Played in 1970, this Series lasted just one year. Las Villas took the title under manager Servio Borges. Key stars were batting champion Wilfredo Sánchez, home run king Agustín Marquetti and ERA leader Rolando Macías.
