Screech is the mascot of the Washington Nationals. He is a large eagle who also bears some resemblance to a chicken.

When the Nationals were located in Montréal, QC and known as the Expos, their mascot was Youppi!, who is now the mascot of the Montréal Canadiens National Hockey League team.
