Scott Ullger has spent more than 30 years in the Minnesota Twins organization as a player, minor league manager, and big league coach.

Ullger was selected by the Twins in the 18th round of the 1977 amateur draft and played eleven years in their organization, seeing significant playing time at third base, first base, and in the outfield. He spent one year, 1983, in the majors, going hitless in his first 19 at-bats and finishing the year with a .190 average.

From 1988 to 1994, Ullger was a manager at various levels in the Twins farm system. Since 1995, he has been a member of the Twins coaching staff.
