Sang-woo Lee pitched for South Korea in the 2003 Baseball World Cup, going 1-0 with two hits and no runs allowed in 5 2/3 IP. He made his lone Korea Baseball Organization appearance (through 2008) with the 2005 Hyundai Unicorns, allowing 3 runs while retiring no one.
