Russell Louis Goetz

Russell Goetz was an umpire in the Georgia State League (1955-1956), Carolina League (1957-1958), South Atlantic League (1959-1961), and Pacific Coast League (1962-1967). He was then an American League umpire from 1968 to 1983.
