[edit] Biographical Information

Second baseman Rondin Johnson played for the 1986 Kansas City Royals. In the minors from 1980-88, he spent five years at Omaha.

Rondin was at the University of Washington from 1978-80, at the same time as Rick Anderson, who was there in 1978. The two of them both made their major league debuts in 1986.

Johnson was six years younger than third baseman George Brett on the team.
