Brother of pitcher Arthur Rhodes, Ricky Rhodes was drafted in the 35th round by the New York Yankees in the 1987 Amateur Draft. In his four minor league seasons, he posted an ERA of 4.48. In his final season, his ERA was 5.50 for the Fort Lauderdale Yankees.
He has been the Women's Basketball coach at McLennan Community College since 1999
