Regis Leheny was in two games for the 1932 Boston Red Sox.
SABR has a biography of him. He played well in a city league at age 19, and attracted the attention of the Pittsburgh Pirates who took him on the road with them although without giving Leheny a contract. He pitched some in the minors and then went to spring training with the 1931 Boston Braves. After his appearances in 1932, in 1933 he was back in Florida for spring training but didn't make a team.
