Red Barbary. who appeared briefly in the majors in 1943, was in the Washington Senators organization for six years and later managed in the minors. He also played and managed in the textile leagues. Although not usually a pitcher, he is remembered for pitching a 22-inning minor league game in 1942 and getting the win.
