In 1911 the Raymond Cougars of the Washington State League were replaced by the Raymond Venetians. The club from Raymond, WA went 25-29, 3rd in the four-team league. A pitcher named Baker went 13-9 as their ace and held opponents to a .177 average. The team did not return for the 1912 season.
