Rawlings is a sporting goods company that makes a wide variety of baseball equipment - most notably baseballs, batting helmets, and gloves. Their baseballs are used as the official baseballs in many leagues across all age groups and skill levels.
The company also sponsors several annual awards - most notably the Gold Glove Award. It also chooses All-American teams, as well as Player of the Week/Month/Year awards.
