Ramon Webster managed the 1984 GCL Blue Jays and also guided Panama in the 1998 Baseball World Cup. He has scouted for the Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers. He also managed the 1992 DSL Blue Jays East to a professional baseball record 68-2 record.
