Ralph Miller was in the majors for one game with the 1921 Senators. He is not to be confused with another player of the same name who played for the 1924 Senators.

He and Herman Pillette both pitched for Regina in 1920. Miller came to the majors in 1921 while Pillette was up in 1922, winning 19 games with the 1922 Tigers.
