Radek Němec has played for Skokani Olomouc in the Extraliga. In 2005, he hit .245/.294/.309. During 2006, he batted .268/.327/.447. Němec followed with a .278/.355/.361 batting line in '07. In 2008, he hit .305/.371/.448 and tied for fifth in the league with 22 RBI. Radek was with the Czech team in the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers, going 4 for 10 with 4 runs, 4 RBI and a walk.
