Quintin de Cuba has played in the minor leagues and the Netherlands.

De Cuba hit .124/.255/.180 for the 2007 DSL Mets and had six passed balls and three errors in ten games behind the plate. Demoted to the VSL Mets in 2008, he improved to .263/.329/.467 with 25 RBI and 7 homers in 42 games while moving primarily to first base. He tied for fourth in the Venezuelan Summer League in circuit clouts.

Back with the DSL Mets in 2009, Quintin had a batting line of .218/.358/.423 in reduced action at first.

De Cuba played for the Netherlands Antilles in the 2010 South American Games. For 2011, he signed with Sparta/Feyenoord in the Hoofdklasse. He debuted as an Opening Day 9th-inning pinch-hitter for Ardley Jansen. Facing Arshwin Asjes, he flew out to Shaldimar Daantji.
