Pittsfield Hillies

The Pittsfield Hillies played at the original version of Wahconah Park in Pittsfield, MA which still stands today (2008; though there have been some major renovations since its 1919 opening). The team produced two Hall of Famers: Herb Pennock and Hugh Duffy, who both played for the team in 1921. The team held no affiliations to Major League teams during this era (Major League affiliations to Minor League teams, weren't yet the standard at this time).
