Pirate Parrot

Created in 1979, the Pirate Parrot is the mascot of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Parrot was originally portrayed by Kevin Koch. Koch ran into trouble for connecting players with a cocaine dealer; his activities came to light in the 1985 Pittsburgh drug trials.
