Pierre Le Guillou was the second-youngest member of the French national team in 2007, older than Philippe Lecourieux only. He hit .252/.372/.339 for the Rouen Huskies in the 2007 Division Elite season as one of the lighter hitters on the championship-winning team. In the 2007 European Championship, Pierre was 0 for 1 for France. During the Division Elite campaign of 2008, he batted .304/.431/.348 with 10 runs in 12 games as a backup right fielder.
