First Baseman Pete Monahan played in the minors from 1921 to 1940, collecting 2,462 hits, 407 2B, and 1,132 RBI to go with a .301 average. Monahan spent 1926-1928 in the International League and 1929 to mid-1933 in the American Association, yet never made the majors. Monahan also led the 1924 Blue Grass League with 81 runs and 133 hits.
